These Terms govern participation in the Bama Exterminating “David’s Dollars” referral program. By submitting a referral, you agree to these Terms. Bama Exterminating reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end the Program at any time, with or without notice.
By submitting a referral, you confirm that you have the referred person’s permission to share their name and contact information with Bama Exterminating for the purpose of this Program.
Timing. The $50 Amazon.com e-gift card will be emailed to the referring customer within thirty (30) days after the referred customer’s first paid service is completed. If you choose the bill credit, it will be applied to your account within thirty (30) days.
Delivery. E-gift cards are delivered electronically to the email address provided on the referral form. It is your responsibility to provide a valid, current email address. Bill credits will be credited to your Bama Exterminating account. It is your responsibility to provide a valid, current Bama account number or service address.
Value. Rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged, redeemed for cash, or combined with the referred-customer discount on your own account.
The $50 new-customer discount applies to the initial service only and cannot be combined with other offers, coupons, or promotions. Standard service pricing applies to all subsequent services.
Where applicable, any tax reporting or tax liability arising from rewards received under the Program is the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Bama Exterminating reserves the right to verify the validity of any referral, to disqualify any referral it reasonably believes was submitted fraudulently or in violation of these Terms, and to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program at any time without prior notice. Referrals that have not yet met all qualifying conditions at the time the Program ends or changes may not be honored.
The Program is void where prohibited or restricted by law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Bama Exterminating’s decisions regarding all matters relating to the Program are final and binding.
Referrer: The existing customer or individual who submits a referral through the official Program form.
Referred customer: The new individual whose name and contact information are submitted through the Program.
Qualifying recurring service: An ongoing, recurring pest, mosquito, rodent, or termite control service plan offered by Bama Exterminating, as opposed to a one-time service.
First paid service: The referred customer’s initial service that has been both completed and paid for in full.
